Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on unopened products in their original packaging, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

FarmHaus Supply cannot accept returns of any products once they are removed from our original packaging due to biosecurity safety reasons. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to this, we ask customers to reach out to shop@farmhaussupplies.ca with any questions to be sure that you are purchasing the correct product for your needs. We have lots of options and can help you find the right one for you.

If you are having difficulty setting up or getting a product to work, we invite you to reach out via email or through the chat function on our website. We are here to help and support as needed.

If a product has not been opened, is still in its original packaging with no tampering of the seals, we can accept returns within 30 days. We will issue refunds for the product once it has been returned to FarmHaus Supplies. We are a small business doing our best to meet the needs of our customers, however shipping costs on the majority of our products are expensive due to their size. For this reason, we caution that we will not cover return shipping costs.

If something is wrong with the product, we can help with getting it working for you, sending replacements parts or full replacement if there is a manufacturing issue. If a product has been damaged in shipping, please reach out to us not the shipping company (they will need us to file any claim).

Please email shop@farmhaussupplies.ca to inquire about a return, replacements or if a product has a manufacturing issue. If we approve a return, we will provide you think the shipping address and instructions to ensure the package arrives back to us.

If you used a free or discounted shipping, we will subtract our shipping cost from the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
